We coat your materials in climate controlled conditions, using Cabots Exterior Stain, Olympic Exterior Stain or the coating your specify.  All siding manucaturers and trade associations recognize the benefits of factory finishing and recommend it.

Your builders will se less jobsite delay and labor savings to install finished siding.  It prevents shrinkage and stabilizes the wood.
